At Olivia Jewelry, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
